All hatching eggs are freshly collected, never washed, and packaged with the utmost care. Our flock fertility is verified on a regular basis. We are not responsible for the handling by the USPS. Due to variables out of our control, we cannot guarantee hatch rate. For help with troubleshooting, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist and work with you to adjust settings for the best possible outcome. Our goal is to have you be successful! If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, please reach out to us and we would be happy to work with you.

Please know that we are not a hatchery, but a breeder and will occasionally have a waiting list for certain varieties. We value quality over quantity and only send eggs that meet our standards. Estimated ship times are listed in the description on the product pages. Please understand that this is an estimate. Some orders may ship sooner or later than the quoted estimated ship time. We are also located in Wisconsin, and shipments will be held back in frigid temperatures or inclement weather. We have added a “Hold at Post Office” option that you can add to your order which will indicate to us to place a note on your package to have your order held at the post office for you to pickup. All sales are final unless we are unable to fulfill your order as processed due to unforeseen circumstances. Please keep all of the above in mind before placing your order!
